Education Technology and Copyright Law

In a daily use for many education purposes educators or students may use images and other technology sources. Some people may argue be that doing so will violating the Copyright. Copyright is a federal law in the United States that prevents people from plagiarizing. However the law benefits education use for copyrighted work.  Within section the provisions of sections 106 and 106A it states,
"t
he purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes." The schools does not get type of benefit so the copyright law is not broken.
